Mashedi Dinah Moja-Sibiya

Ms Moja-Sibiya is the Founder and Director of Moja Sibiya Attorneys Incorporated. She established the law firm, formerly known as Moja-Sibiya Attorneys, in 2007, which was later incorporated in 2018. Her journey towards success started when she was still a learner at Hans Kekana High School, where she was awarded a certificate of excellence for being at the top of the Matric class of 1996 in the Temba district. This motivated her to pursue a career in law, and she registered for an LLB degree at the University of Pretoria, which she completed in record time in the year 2000.

Ms Moja-Sibiya is a highly accomplished legal professional with impeccable academic credentials. She successfully completed her LLM degree, specializing in Corporate Law from UNISA in 2008. In 2001, she served her Articles of Clerkship at the Legal Aid Board in Pretoria. She then worked for the Road Accident Fund, Johannesburg, in 2002 as a Claims Handler and later as a Litigation Officer until 2005. She has been an admitted attorney for twenty (20) years. She served as a Part-Time CCMA Commissioner for ten (10) years. Currently, she is a Practising Attorney and CSOS Part-time Adjudicator. She also serves as Disciplinary Chairperson and Initiator in Internal Disciplinary hearings and serves on the Legal Practice Council Panel of Arbitrators.
